1. i participate in the water sports centre programme at my own risk. The use of the water sports equipment is also at your own risk. Participants check the equipment before use and report any material defects.

 
2. participants remain within sight of the centre staff at all times. Tenants who wish to make longer journeys must arrange this in advance.
 
I am liable for any damage caused by me to persons and material. The company (Fun2Fun) is only liable for damage caused by the participant when using a rented boat or during the programme. In the event of intent or gross negligence, no claim for compensation can be made against the company in any case.
 
4. i confirm that there are no medical objections to my participation in the water sports centre's programmes.
 
I confirm that I can swim independently for at least 15 minutes.
 
I will follow the instructions of the centre staff at all times. Swimmers, divers and snorkellers have absolute priority. Participants and hirers shall avoid them in good time and pay attention to the drop distance of the mast and boom.
 
Payment must be made upon registration for the training programme. Withdrawal does not release from the payment obligation. If the training is terminated prematurely at the participant's own request, there is no entitlement to reimbursement.
 
8. the centre's liability for damage, delay and impossibility of performance shall be excluded for cases of force majeure.
 
No-limit means that the registered person is entitled to use one of the available boards/sails without time limit, within the opening hours. The material may not be passed on.
 
10. young people under the age of 18 must have these conditions signed by their legal representative.
 
11. any dispute arising in connection with the boat hire or with participation in any programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts in Athens, as that is where the registered office of the company is located.
 
The Greek Water Sports Law makes life jackets compulsory. Failure to comply with this law is at the participant's own risk and in the event of an inspection, the penalty is to be paid by the participant.
 
I accept the conditions of participation by my signature. If material insurance is taken out, all damages are covered except for grossly negligent handling of the material.
